...And the poor get poorer.

Bobcats team officials say Ramon Sessions could miss two to four weeks with a second degree MCL sprain suffered in last night's game against the Brooklyn Nets.

An MRI this morning on Sessions' knees showed that there was no tear in the meniscus or the ligament, vice president of communications B.J. Evans said. He will not require surgery.

It comes at a very inopportune time for Charlotte. The team is on an eight-game losing streak, averaging a margin of defeat of 22 points.

It seems the Bobcats can't really afford to lose any scoring threats they have, much less their second-best on the team. Sessions drives the team's second unit with his ability to slash to the rim and draw fouls.

With Sessions out, the Bobcats will likely play Gordon more, which means more Ben Gordon trying play point guard running an offense, which means Ben Gordon trying to do way too much.

Also, we'll get to see more of the Reggie Williams Point Forward Project!

If you're going to be going any Bobcats games in the near future, please check your eyeballs at the door.

You won't be needing those anymore.
