Old people need more rest, I suppose.

Greg Dickerson, the Celtics sideline reporter for Comcast SportsNet, is reporting that the superstar small forward for Boston may just spend the night chillin' out maxin', and possibly relaxin'.

Clearly, that's good news for Bobcats fans, who could use a little break of luck during this 10-game losing streak.

As far as I can tell, this will mean extended minutes for Jeff Green and some more time to test out Terrence Williams for the Celtics against a much weaker opponent.

Also, look for Doc Rivers to play 10-day contract signees D.J. White or Shavlik Randolph some tonight. After that monster Jordan Crawford for Leandro Barbosa and Jason Collins trade, the team needs some frontcourt depth. Perhaps one of those guys they've taken a flyer on can turn into something. As Bobcats fans, we've seen a good bit of D.J. White and perhaps in the right role he can contribute.
