Basically, Houston gets more young talent and Sacramento saves itself some money by costing itself young talent down the road. Well done, Kings ownership. You somehow surpass disgrace even with a foot out the door.

The Rockets also dealt Marcus Morris to Phoenix for a future second-round pick. With Thomas Robinson, the Rockets had to make room to free up playing time for Robinson, as well as some other promising power forwards.
