Indiana's sharp-shooting forward will be out another week and versatile power forward David West could miss the game with a scratched eye.

The Pacers small forward, who has been injured the whole season with a knee injury, will not make his return against the Bobcats tonight. It was possible, but Granger missed the morning shootaround because he's sick.

It's probably the better course of action anyway. The long term benefits of making sure he's fully ready and can come back at a higher level are greater than the benefits of having him play against these lowly Bobcats.

As for David West, who last time obliterated the Bobcats for a triple-double, he suffered a scratched eye against the Nets. He was thought to come back tonight, but also missed shootaround. He will be a game-time decision.
