Diop and Carroll both have player options and I think they both should be traded since they finally have value and we Bobcat fans can't suffer through them another year. Reggie could go too but we need to hold on to Maggette's to expire the most. When are the deadlines for them to pick their options up? Do we have to wait until December 15 to trade them? That would really suck. There are plenty of teams who want to cut salary.

I heard Magic might trade their pick(#19) to move one of their million bad long term contracts. Any Dwight trade they are getting a ton of draft picks anyway and can get rid of Hedo if they are smart so it makes since to clear a lot of unwanted salary for the massive rebuild.

Carroll for Richardson and #19.Saves 2 million off the luxury tax for them. Gives us a solid vet sg who could take a decent buyout to join a contender. I think J-Rich can command at least a contender's mini mle. Or trade him to the Lakers for Blake and 2 2nds.

Then lets rip off the Bucks again.They obviously want to save cash. They were ranked last by Forbes in team value wise and lose more money than us.

Reggie+cash+#19 for Gooden+#12

Gooden is an upgrade at backup pf if we get The Brow, and can play some back up c. The Bucks still have a million pfs if they trade Gooden and let Ersan walk.

Who should we target with the #12 pick? A scorer definitely. J.Lamb might not even make it past Toronto and I know if Blazers still have #11 they won't let him go unless they really like Zeller. Another scorer is Waiters but if he is an option we might as well take Rivers since they both have a bad attitude, both are undersized, no natural position, and needs time to develop but Rivers will bring his fanbase to us that would create a lot of revenue for us. I like Terrance Ross but I think he is that player that climbs up into the top 10. I really hope Perry Jones III is there but his workouts have been amazing.

I don't think this would prevent us from giving Harden a max because Maggette expiring is still 11 million and if we decide Harden is the sg of the future(If he agrees to come here) than Henderson's 3.1 million can come of the books.
