(SB Nation, Scott Schroeder) The Charlotte Bobcats are looking for a head coach this offseason after parting ways with Paul Silas following the horrendous season they just had. After setting an NBA record in futility, however, it might not be easy to lure the best in the business to help turn around the Bobcats.

Michael Jordan and the Bobcats apparently know this, though, and have tempered their expectations as such. Charlotte has been mentioned to be interested in guys like Jerry Sloan, Patrick Ewing and Nate McMillan, but ESPN's Chris Broussard reports the team plans to interview lesser-known candidates as well.

Tibbetts paid his dues in the NBA Development League before being called up to the NBA at the beginning of last season while Dunlap's NBA experience came as an assistant with the Denver Nuggets a few seasons ago before taking a spot on Lute Olson's staff at Arizona.
