The Bobcats head down to Atlanta tonight for a quick rematch with the Hawks who proved to be too much to handle last week on our home floor. After getting thrashed by the Thunder 114-69, the Bobs need to come out of the gate with some fire to have a chance tonight. Can we stop the likes of Teague, Smith & Horford? It'll be tough as the Hawks are getting hot.
Keys to tonight's game:
1) Kemba Walker - was held to 0 points for the first time in his NBA career Monday night, going 0 for 6 against the Thunder. Need a big game on both sides of the ball, as Jeff Teague seems to finally finding his rhythm this season.
2) Byron Mullens - his MVP chants continue at Time Warner. Will he focus on going inside? Or will he focus on lingering around the 3-point line, firing off shots like Kobe in the 4th quarter? Bobs will need a solid inside presence with the likes of Horford & J-Smooth roaming around.
3) Getting Back on Defense- the Hawks have been scoring at will on Fast Break points lately & we can't afford to get behind. Can Taylor keep track of Korver this time?
The Bobs have a chance tonight, but it's going to be tough against a solid Hawks team, who seem to be better without the likes of Joe Johnson.
At least we have a higher winning percentage than the Lakers! GO BOBS.
