MJ Mentoring Hendo
Nice article from the Observer on how MJ and Hendo have developed a mentoring relationship. I don't see how this isn't a really good thing.

It still urks me that Larry Brown was ready to give up on Hendo so soon.
Thank God Jordan intevened. Hendo is improving all the time, and we’re probably talking about our long term solution at the 2.
MJ taking him under his wing is awesome news. Thanks for the heads up on the article.

Hendo is shutting up his biggest critics with his play.
Glad to see it.

He’s obviously worthy of more PT than Larry Brown was giving him, but I don’t know that he’s made that drastic of an improvement. He’s shooting a little better, but overall his numbers look pretty similar to last year.
He has looked pretty sharp at SF in recent games, but that’s also a relatively small sample size.

Him keeping up last year's level
of play was apparently a big enough obstacle for some.

Lol, I was about to post this.
I already see a little Kobe in Hendo (though Kobe’s game is a thousand times more polished), but seeing some MJ in him would be great as well.

Awesome article.
I wish we traded him after the first 20 games his rookie season, that was a big enough sample size to know he wasn't getting it done
The worst part about using the sarcasm font is that you have to format each line.
For whatever reason, longer sentences don’t automatically wrap around.

Was just about to post this. VERY awesome. Who better to learn SG from the best of all time. You can already see a little Kobe in Hendo but Kobe himself imitates Jordan. You can see the difference in the last few games how Hendo attacks the basket. it is great to watch. Larry Brown is a HOF coach but I hate his old ass

That's the look he has on his face.

Craig Sager had this poster on his wall as a kid.

Pre-draft I remember googling him and the first 25 links after the obligatory ESPN and Yahoo profiles were just stories and photos of this incident.
it was kinda a big deal when it happened. Duke vs UNC isn’t the most friendly rivalry at times
