I'm not sure how worrying this should be (and it isn't particularly surprising), but it certainly isn't encouraging. This report from Rick Bonnell details that the Spanish team Biyombo is still under contract with is intent on enforcing his contract, and therein expect a hefty buyout to free Biyombo from his obligations with the team.
