Id be fine with any of them except Kemba
Marcus would more then likely mean the end of Diaw and then Tyrus and Marcus can fight it out for starting job, either that of Marcus transitions to SF
Im not high on Thompson at 9 but as long as we get a good SF and C in this draft I dont care
Kawhi Leonard is my favorite choice he will be even better the GW i think in a year or two
Well, if that's the case,
give me Kawhi, Kemba, Klay, and then Morris.

The interest in Kemba
Tells me that no one in this organization is sold on DJ being the long-term answer @ PG…He will not fall to us, but I find it pretty telling…
+1
I’m not too sold either. The league is ran by dominant PGs. Derrick Rose, Russell Westbrook, Rajon Rondo, Chris Paul, Derron Williams, Tony Parker, etc. etc. And that’s not even mentioning crafty vets like Nash, Kidd, and Billups. I can’t see D.J. ever reaching that level because of his defensive flaws and inconsistency on offense. His assist to turnover ratio was very good this year, but watching the games, I saw that a lot his assist weren’t off of penetrating the lane and passing it out to an open man, but off of other factors like Jax just deciding to pull up out of nowhere and other things of the sort. I think we should hold him in very high regard, because I do think he will get better and is a valuable player. However, that doesn’t mean look at him as a franchise centerpiece. For the right deal, we should part with him. Something that can fill a weakness long term. Like Javale McGee (though I know the Wizards have no reason to do this) or Terrence Williams (syke, lol), but just a solid young guy that can come in and grow with the rest of the team. I like D.J., but if someone makes an offer, I’d listen. I’m curious to see how Cho is going to handle things. Can’t wait for the draft.

I think DJ is our PG
I dont think the offense will be centered around the production of DJ (who was a 16 and 6 guy after allstar break). Those are big numbers to give up. Also he doesnt have shooters around. Carroll is supposed to be but lets face it. He’s not. Jax is a shooter but once he gets the ball sometimes, I think we reset the play. Hendo of course cant shoot and Diaw passes up too many open shots. When DJ did that drive and kick out, it looked polished and with a with some extra shooters, I can see him being a 16 and 10 guy. He’s quick off the dribble and is said to be working on finishing at the basket. With shooters (Klay, Hamilton, Jax and for some reason I wanna say Al Thornton i just dont know why and Diaw having a contract season along with the new improved Brown and Tyrus) the defensive pressure would be spread out. And I think he’ll get more open shots if he’s surrounded by shooters. Several games I watched I saw DJ and JAX getting double teamed. I think Cho will understand that having shooters and rebounders spread out will maybe make DJ one of the top SCORING pgs and take him out of being a SHOOT FIRST pg…
Yeah, I agree that D.J. can be better with improved players around him,
but for me, it just comes down to will it be easier to move D.J. and get a good deal or move everyone else and build around D.J.? I don’t want to trade D.J., but if someone makes a good offer for him, I’d listen. And like I say, that goes for everyone on the team, including Hendo.

You broke out SYKE
Thank you CB, you are one of my favorites, and it has nothing to do with the fact that we tend to agree on lots of things Bobcat…
Lol

Personally, I don't think Ford has any inside information
So I wouldn’t put much stock in anything he says, especially about the Bobcats. I give him credit for not referring to us as the Hornets.

I agree,
all year his Mock’s have done nothing but basically follow his big board. When has a draft, in any sport, ever played out like that? Exactly.

I think they look at it as we are terrible
If you look at any “non fan” opinion on us, they’ll put us only above the Raptors in most cases. So they dont really take the time to evaluate our players. They see the roster. Kemba isnt on our radar and SAC is sure to finally give Tyreke a competent P.I.C (player that isnt Cousins) to grow with
