According to a rotoworld, he had a minor setback in practice this morning and will miss the game today, hopefully he can play friday against Portland.

Thomas (knee) suffered a setback Wednesday morning and will not play Wednesday against the Bulls, the Chicago Tribune's K.C. Johnson reports.
Recommendation:
No word on what happened, but it doesn't sound like the setback is major. The Bobcats host the Trail Blazers on Friday night, another possible return date for Thomas, who was missed over six weeks of action after tearing his meniscus in late January. We'll pass along an update if the setback pushes his return date back farther than Friday.
