Gerald, post-game: an articulate and tactful assessment. Frankly, we sucked, and there just aren't enough toes on this roster to worry about stepping on them, big guy! Not to worry, integrated and spectacular play is just a game or two away.

Feel bad for him, Seems like he feels like he dont fit in…. His Interveiws (In Charlotte) are some of the best, Ive seen from a player, always positive, Joking around, See’s the positive in every loss…. Maybe he misses Jack. Hmmm.(lol) I hope he feels comfortable after a few games or so!

I win as if im used to it, and i loose as if i like it for a change.
I haven't seen him without a look of utter shellshock on his face since the trade.
Granted, I didn’t see any of last night’s game, but it kills me to see how sad he is lately. I hope he can find his smile again in Rip Crash City.
Hopelessly scouring the internet for a free copy of Screamin' Jay Hawkins' "Brujo." and "Hurricane Coming" by CCS.
Maybe he would ask for a trade back here in the offseason?
Again that is wishful thinking… As it will be a whole new team (I beilve) In this offseason…
But yeah it kills me to, I wonder if he dont like the city itself, or the players/coaching staff on the team. Sounds like he is scared to piss some one off.
I win as if im used to it, and i loose as if i like it for a change.
Definitely wishful thinking there
From all accounts I’ve seen & read, Portland LOVES Wallace (as well they should). There’s no way they will even consider putting him back on the trading block.

I think yall are reading too much into it.
I don’t remember him being as jokey as yall remember after losses. He’s always been upfront and straight in postgame interviews, not necessarily as you remember.

Shellshock is natural
Joel has looked pretty stunned too. ;-) Both these guys have been with their respective franchises for years and years, and it just will take time to feel at home in a new place.
Gerald has absolutely no reason to worry about pissing anybody off. We’re thrilled to have him here, and so are his new teammates.
I didn't think Wallace seemed irritated
He just sounded like he was nervous and doesn’t have a feel for his role yet. He’ll be fine once he settles down and gets accustomed to the team.

Somthing happend in that interview with him and Sials, he seems happy to be here. Said that he loves the staff and he has never been treated like higgnes and sials has treated him so far… (Sorry occassia) lol.
I win as if im used to it, and i loose as if i like it for a change.
