This from the Bobcats' Twitter... looks like the 'C' logo is changing slightly, and the secondary getting axed all together. I wonder what will be at center court now?
Furthermore, they announced the NASCAR jersey is being dropped (thank god) in favor of a Carolina Cougars ABA throwback, which is awesome.

I love the ABA and it’s history, and it’s nice to see teams doing ABA throwback jerseys, including us!
I’ve heard the Nuggets ABA throwback jersey is really nice too. Looking forward to seeing them all. It’d be awesome if they go on sale.
And thank goodness the NASCAR jersey has been redesigned (and super toned down). The original was one of the more hideous sports jerseys in recent memory.

is what the franchise should have been called in 04-05, just my opinion. its true that team names are just plain goofy when you think about it. red sox? lakers? even the nfl has the problem we have (browns) with the name directly tied to ownership.
courags would have tied old and new together, could have had CRAZY discounts related to ladies nights, and even been tied together with the regional cat refrence that the name bob-cats is trying to make happen.
the colors could have been red grey and panther blue to tie together past and present

The one at center court is the rounded cat/basketball logo, which is different than the one being done away with.
