That's why you'll see teams involved in this auction that had no interest in the previous one for Chauncey Billups. In particular, Sacramento and Charlotte bare watching. Each is well under the cap and would love to have another inexpensive trinket to dangle in the trade market.
Why we should consider bidding on Baron Davis

That's an interesting theory
Although we couldn’t trade him until July 1st and we would have to deal with the likelihood he makes a stink about the situation. I would let him slide on by if it were me but we all MJ likes to gamble.

B-Diddy
as far as I know, has never had one bad thing to say about the city of Charlotte
I don't think he minds Charlotte
But being a third string PG on a 10-56 team probably doesn’t appeal to him.

i kind of assumed
if we got him we’d a – get rid of dj immediately
or b – play a lot of small ball, especially now that r-will is out for awhile
It would be fun to see who gets fatter: Davis or Diaw?
But Davis is out 8-12 weeks with a bad back so picking him up would be useless.

I guess...
If we r moving DJ anytime soon, he would be perfect. But if DJ stays…it just makes for a bind and robs minutes from players needing to grow. That’s my take. I love B Diddy. But only if DJ is outta town.
