Bobcats Break: players respond to fan questions

I don't know if the Bobcats completely understand social media (does anyone?*), but I do know they're making an effort to reach out to core fans, and this is a prime example. *Those who are interested in where Facebook and Twitter might be headed as social tools should check out Malcolm Gladwell's contention that they're best used for such low-risk endeavors as getting people to support the local pro basketball team.
