Around SBN: Jeremy Lin Continues Rampage, New York Wins On Road

I started getting pissed because they count down from 11 to 1...and guess who is #4?

And this is why we love him and don't want to part with him!

I saw that earlier when I was at work

One line made me think. In comparing Wallace to Carmelo Anthony:

Anthony’s offense is as good as Wallace’s D, but Wallace’s offense is so, so much better than Carmelo’s defense.

Nice recognition for Wallace

I have no problems with him placed behind “The Decision” The King, Durant, and Anthony. And as Stevarino pointed out, the article admirably mentioned how Wallace’s game on both sides of the floor gets the nod over Melo’s total contributions. Works for me!

But wait!

The Bobcats have no superstars on their squad. You can ask anyone in the media! The reason they don’t have a prayer this season (or in any previous season for that matter) is because we don’t have a “go to” guy or a big-time guy that a team can be built around.

All this attention on Gerald Wallace is just a concoction. It’s a will o’ the wisp created by the fans and the team just so there will be SOMETHING to cheer about as the Bobcats fulfill all predictions with yet another 25 win season. We can’t make the playoffs without some serious rebuilding through the draft and free agency and we’re at least 3 seasons away from being able to even THINK about such things.

They should never have built that stupid arena either. That was a poopie-headed decision.

Anyone got a mop? I need to clean up all this sarcasm I’ve dripped all over the floor.

I know Maggette isn't a great team player, but I would say he's better than Gallo at this point in time

I think it's a wash between those two

I would also throw Caron Butler into the mix
