Who is that high flyer in the RoF avatar, and why isn't it Crash?

Wallace is all over the city of Charlotte. He is the last original Charlotte Bobcat, and our only current all-star. He's "That Guy." Sooo....

why don't we update the Rufus on Fire logo to proudly display a silhouette of #3? I'm not even sure who to ask (Arnott?), but what do you think? Is it better to just have an anonymous dunker greeting you at the home page, or would you rather see something like
