Is anything sacred anymore?

With all this off season excitement, who actually needs real games?

My sources are saying that Adobe Flash is dead

And HTML5 and CSS3 are the future. Sorry that’s the best I could do. I asked them about CP3, but they said they aren’t Star Wars fans.

Speaking of... Where's the SBN iOS app?

They can hire me ;) Cash only, no trade exception.

What the f--- is a "nbadraftnet"

and what is its native language? (Hint: it’s not English.)

Per the forums on realgm.com

This isn’t reliable at all, but one guy in Toronto has heard through his source that the deal may be finalized as follows:

Toronto trades: Jose Calderon, Dwayne Jones
Charlotte trades: Boris Diaw, Alexis Ajinca

If this is true, I’m thrilled that we got Calderon without giving up Chandler

That is great if true

I’d love it.

All of a sudden I'm hearing dead silence out of my guy(s)

Oxymoron aside… calm before the storm? Or are you still getting news updates?

Now we're talking

Although it saddens me that Diop will no longer have any buddies to speak to en Français…or not.

Also from someone on the Suns side, and this has the Suns fans FREAKING OUT

Suns get: Hedo Turkoglu, Alexis Ajinca, and a player to be named from Charlotte (possibly Nazr)
Raptors get: Boris Diaw, Tyson Chandler, and part of Phoenix’s trade exception
Bobcats get: Jose Calderon, Robin Lopez

And no, Ourday… other than being told that misinformation abounds… nothing

HOLY SHIT! Per Woj via Twitter
Charlotte has traded Tyson Chandler and Alex Ajinca to Dallas for Dampier, Matt Carroll and Najera, a league source tells Y! Sports.

Let me put it this way....

If the trade for Al Jefferson hasn’t been finalized Charlotte now has the tools to get it done

I don't mind it but I think some of those guys won't be playing for us

Cool to see Matt Carroll come back. He was the first guy to give us props on the signs

Yes, they're pushing to get this through ASAP

We’re trying to undercut someone on a trade

So glad we have an involved, engaged, interested owner now.

I haven’t visited CatScratchReader in days! Rufus truly is one fire.

From Woj, but I don't buy it
The Bobcats are “very likely” to waive Dampier and his non-guaranteed $13 million salary for next season, a source tells Y!

I think this is a smokescreen to hide whatever deal they have in place

Are people really going to believe that we are going to waive a center for cap space

all so we can be left with no starting point guard and a center that can play maybe 20 minutes a game for 50 games?

Yeah, this has to be a "phase 1" move...

…because if that’s true, then now we’ve got no PG, no C, and a big huge glut at the 4.

by djwilliams11 on Jul 13, 2010 3:13 PM EDT up reply actions

Definitely part of something bigger

No way we waive Dampier that is the most valuable asset in the NBA at this moment. I like this deal much better than the other.
