Henderson not getting along with his teammates?
I feel like there's more to what we're seeing that's keeping LB from playing this guy. Derrick Brown's obviously getting some minutes, and while I was watching his intro dance with the rest of the team tonight, it seemed to me that he was accepting whatever the role LB gave him and getting along with the rest of the team. Sure, it was just Derrick fooling around with the team, but getting high fives from his teammates and just enjoying his time as a rookie made me think more about Henderson's situation.
Gerald Henderson is probably having trouble with his pride first of all. He probably didn't get on LB's good side after refusing to go to D-league (although I'm sure there's a reason for LB sending Hendo there). But I'm starting to think that Hendo had problems with his attitude or work ethic to begin with, and LB wanted to fix that by sending him to the D-league I don't know.
I maybe speculating, but watching Hendo playing HORSE with Jordan made me think that he might be an outcast of the Bobcats group. Maybe 'cause he's a Dukie, maybe it's his attitude, don't know, but I'm starting to feel that it might be more than just his performance during practice.
What do you think about this Hendo mess? I hope this doesn't carry over to next year, because he doesn't even have much of a value right now, even if we wanted to trade him.

wow back in feb of 2009, fans were debating whether to take Gerald Henderson or Tyreke Evans. Henderson was described by some fan as a poor man’s Dwade.
In retrospect, this is hilarious.

Nah I'm not against Henderson sitting out
I’m just trying to figure out if there’s more to it than Brown being Brown with the rookies.
Lol, nah, it ain't you.
I’m just saying, every since I’ve joined this site, the playing time of Gerald Henderson has been the most highly debated topic. It’s like a drama unfolding or something. But his lack of playing time yesterday definitely speaks volumes.

Yeah, this whole thing started at the beginning of the season.
And when you draft a guy in the lottery who doesn’t appear to be a “project”, you kind of wonder why he isn’t getting any burn. And then it builds. And then he gets less burn. And then Stephen Graham blows donkey-ass for 40 games, before turning decent. And your guys still doesn’t get burn. And then Alice tumbles down the rabbit-hole and people really lose their minds…..
Just saying, it’s been a harrowing process.

Shockers Don't Know Jack !!!
You must be a Tar Hole !!! There’s always one in the bunch. There is no other reason why you would say that Henderson is not getting along with his teammates. Unless you are there with the team on a daily basis, you have no knowledge of that situation. Only your worthless opinion. You don’t know anything about his pride, his work ethic and it sounds like you know nothing about him, period. At the beginning of the season the Bobcats were craving about his work ethic. HIS VALUE, there are quite a few teams out there that would take him right now. See your problem is, you’re a DukeHater. LB is a selfish little prick that’s trying to redeem his reputation after that NEW YORK fiasco and Detroit, when Joe Dumars kicked him out of Detroit. Look at the big picture, dummy. I guess leading the Bobcats to a playoff appearance is a big thing in Charlotte, yeah that’s pretty impressive.(LOL) Now what does that do for the Bobcats? NOTHING ! No draft picks, No future. This is what he’s gonna leave Charlotte. NOTHING
Hi Hater.
this is funny.

Calm Down
You started this post and I’m gonna finish it. Its very evident you don’t know very much about the NBA. Don’t believe everything you read in the paper. Why even start a post like this and you don’t have one fact, not one. You called the kid an outcast, attitude problem, bad work ethic. What do you know about his performance in practice. YOU KNOW NOTHING
LBhater, are you really Gerald Henderson incognito?
Let’s not get into personal attacks. Shocker’s FanPost was full of disclaimers and words like “speculate,” “probably,” and “starting to think.” He didn’t make any definitive remarks or take a dump on Henderson. His opinion is no more worthless or valuable than yours or anyone elses.

Personal attacks are a good way towards accomplishing nothing on this site.
Just saying. If you have an a opinion share it WITHOUT bringing down anyone else in the process.
"Rufus On Fire" :http://www.rufusonfire.com/ - where even the haters get a little love...or get dunked on by Gerald Wallace. Either one.
Gerald Henderson doesn't have this much vinegar in his pantry let alone his veins
Good golly that’s a lot of angst.

Let's not degrade into a tabloid now....
This Larry Brown / Gerald Henderson talk and speculation is starting to sound a lot like fodder from a tabloid.
Let’s proceed carefully, shall we?
