Open Gameday Thread Charlotte Bobcats at Miami Heat
Charlotte Bobcats at Miami Heat, Mar 20, 2010 7:30 PM EDT
TV: Fox Sports Carolinas
Radio: 610 AM
SB Nation Heat Blog: Peninsula Is Mightier
If the Bobcats change their name, that could give singular team names a majority in the Southeast Division. We must not let this happen. Won't someone please think of the children?

UH-oh
Am I the only member of the Rufus Clown Posse in the house tonight?
No way everybody forgot about THIS game! We gotta get some back from last night!
ROOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLL CAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!
I'm not much of a regular, but Ill be here I find out if Northern Iowa beat te J Hawks.
by PanthersFTW on Mar 20, 2010 7:35 PM EDT via mobile reply actions
Yeah, I'm watching that right now
I like to pull for the underdog but if Kansas loses, I can flush my bracket down the toilet
Stephen Jackson said this morning
that he felt like he owed his team one for choking last night. He wants to make it up tonight.
Im not a regular either,
but i’ll be here( at least till the boss gets home. lol)
If you join in that makes you a regular.
We’ll never have to many y’all.
sounds good.
Chicago is giving it to philli. and thats without deng
League attendance MUST be down.
I’ve seen bigger crowds at high school games.
There is absolutely no one at this game
And opposing team threads usually comment on how few people are at the cable box? Come on, now.
It sounds loud.
Wonder if it’s like Charlotte where everyone starts out in the nosebleeds and then works their way down from there.
Ehhh, it's all good
I think the only reason I do one every year is because everyone else does them and I wanna be one of the cool kids.
R.I.P. Stevarino’s Bracket
March , 2010 – March 20, 2010
I'm sure your bracket was screwed anyway.
I couldn’t care less about my bracket, these tight games and upsets are making this the best NCAA Tourney since George Mason.
Yeah, its funny
I mostly pick the favorites except a few minor upsets but then watch the games and root for the underdogs.
Every year I make a holy load of upsets.
Most of them are wrong.
Even this year with all the upsets, most of them are wrong.
Doesn’t matter tho, because I only watch for David v. Goliath.
We will not pull a W out of that house if we rely on jumpers all night.
We have to get the offense in motion and start punishing the lanes.
True that
although it won’t matter if even Wallace is passing sloppy!
by Ourdaywillcome on Mar 20, 2010 7:57 PM EDT up reply actions
Don't worry about Wallace.
This is only a body double.
The real Predator is stalking Joe Johnson.
My one quibble with the FS broadcasts.
What sense does it make to pick the “fast break of the game” in the first quarter every night? Could they at least ATTEMPT to make it seem like it’s a legitimate occurence?
Is Miami's coach even out of kinderrgarden yet?
I bet if you got close to him you’d still smell Similac on his breath.

To see if it would help me cope with the loss better, I brewed a pot of tea handed my wife and glass and slapped it out of her hands. It didn’t work.

The BobJordanCats woke up from their catnap and have started putting their foot down on the HotHotHot's throat.
I don’t mean to jinx us, but I feel like this game will be put into cruise control by the 3rd quarter.

I'm not sure what Diaw was saying...
But in that slow motion replay they just showed before going to commercial, it looked like he said “f***ing s**t”.
I don’t know why I find this humorous.
Nobody touching DJ in the lane
I like it. If they keep ignoring him, he’ll make ’em pay for it.
I'm as happy as the next guy about MJ being at our games, but only for one reason.
The obligatory “Jordan is out on the golf course, he’s no owner!” statement can no longer be uttered.
I get sick of hearing that
There’s too many people that think in order to be a successful owner, you have to be a Mark Cuban clone.

it’s taking too many bad shots.

Cause I swore that only counted when he was on offense.

NCAA Tournament note:
If BYU and Northern Iowa ever happened to play each other, I’m certain it’d break the record for “most white guys to ever play a NCAA Tournament game”.
That's the thing.
I guarantee there are still more white guys on these two teams.
If you watch a Duke game the fans are all white!
Same can be said for UNC, NC State, and Wake Forest
