Hawkeye!?!?
Sarcasm! I was poking fun at how he never gets on the court either…
And both are VERY productive if given the chance.

You read my mind.
Pass the Kleenex. I fear we’ll need them during the game if we’re right.

True
Will someone please explain to me why Tyrus only plays 10-18 mins per game? Was it LB or Jordans idea to sign him to long term ext during the off season? I just dont understand why he doesnt play? We give him money and then we keep him on the bench for 80% of the game. Did he sleep with Larry Browns wife or something? He is the epitome of defense and hustle which is what LB preaches so something doesnt add up and im not even sure why isnt in the starting lineup to be honest.
I'd explain it if I could.
Teams don’t usually write multi-year high dollar deals for bench riders. Maybe they assumed that Diaw would be traded by now. Maybe it’s LB’s famous hatred of, as Dell Curry would say, “young fellas.”
What I do know, and I think everyone has at least thought this even if they haven’t voiced it, is that if we were prepared to shell out that kind of coin and time on a player we should have just bitten the bullet and kept RayRay. At least we knew LB loved him enough to keep him on the court long enough to earn his keep. If we had, we wouldn’t have nearly as many guards on the roster. That glut was caused in the hope that if DJ lived down to expectations we might be able to run the point by committee. If Ray were still here, Augustin could play a lot more of the shooting guard position and feel free to pour in 20+ a game. In fact, someone with a mind to do the research might want to write an article on what would have happened if we went the other way at that important moment in Bobcats history.

Felton would not have earned the amount of money he was asking for here.

It was actually New Jersey's idea to sign him long term.
They probably would have liked to see him play another year on his RFA tender, but the Nets kind of forced our hand.

Maybe if we all clap our hands really hard and fast UPS will get 20 minutes tonight.
No, wait. That just gives a fairy wings. Wow, Elton John must have thousands of them by now!

The announcers/organization has illuded to T-Time's minor injuries
over the past 6 to 10 games, but they have not been very specific. I suspect the minor injuries are the primary reason why T-Time has not been playing the minutes expected.
Whether McGuire or Brown replaces him tonight is a toss-up. I known the RoF crowd loves 25 year old Brown and hates 27 year old McGuire, but both have equal upside and downside. The 2nd round draft pick is neither our future or our savior. He is just a good high energy player with some sweet dunks.

Upside implies future potential
McGuire is what he is. A decent rebounder who shoots 3 or 4 jump shots that have never been and will never be in his range.

Really?
You think he has no improvements he will ever make to his game?

The "injuries" have been vague and change more than a kaleidoscope in a wind tunnel.
Let’s see… sore ankle, plantar fasciitis, bursar pain…
Soon they’ll start running out of things to explain it and just announce he’s in menopause.
I see McGuire’s strength on the defensive end, but we need a motivator and someone that can score quickly – especially against a team like the Pacers that will rain down the 3-pointers on us all night. I’m not quite ready to annoint our UPS man as our salvation, but he does fit the bill in those 2 categories.

Maybe they will start using the "Al Michaels Injury Report" format:
“Tyrus Thomas is out with a foot tonight.”
Thank you, San Francisco!
