I am sorry if this is a stupid question and or it has already been answered. Anyways if I recall correctly, didn't Dampier say that if waived he would give the Bobcats the first shot. If I am Charlotte I would heavily be pursuing him. The Bobcats have 0 center depth behind Nazr. I don't like the idea of Diop getting big minutes. Erick Dampier would be a good fit. He provides solid defense and rebounding. The Bobcats need his size. Dampier is the best option available.
