Bobcats Sale?

We all know that Bob Johnson is losing money left and right on the Bobcats. Now at the half of the NFC championship game...there are claims that something is in the works to sell the team (Fox local news). Anyone know what is up? I'm scouring the net right now to see who or who all it may be that are looking to buy. Anyone else heard this?

It would be nice if someone would buy them and then sign us a PF and maybe a center....or someone who could play both...other than Chandler...lol...

(DA: I can't find anything, either, even on the FOX Charlotte site. I'm guessing this story is probably some indication that owner Robert Johnson is more willing to take an offer he previously would not accept, because the Detroit Pistons are now likely on the block, too, and he wants to make the sale before another team truly becomes available and depresses the seller's market even more.)

(DA: UPDATE -- It's just a reiteration of the status quo. Must have been a slow news day.)

I hadn’t heard of this but I’m wary of local news. I mean, the last game they have an article for on their website is the Heat game. Maybe they’re just rehashing Bonnell’s report/predictions that he made a while ago. Keep us updated if you decide to watch it. Although I’m sure that if there’s any news, it’ll be in the paper
