Iverson on the Block Again?
Maybe Detroit's just going to sit on him until the off season, when they can make a play for Boozer, or someone else, to replace Sheed. An intriguing suggestion is in the comments: Iverson traded for Brand/Evans. Detroit gets a guy who suits their personnel for this year and moving forward, and who's probably better than anyone else available this upcoming season. Plus, Sheed/Herrmann's contracts together free up a crapload of space, anyway. Philly ends the Brand experiment, gets back their iconic star, can play a style more conducive to the rest of the personnel's style, and a bunch of cap space after this season, as they should let AI go and hand the reins to Lou Williams, Iggy, and a free agent to be named later.
