Scattered Thoughts -- Emeka Okafor, First Cuts, Flying

-- There's not much on the Bobcats front this time of year. Seems like the Emeka signing wore everyone out, and now the Charlotte sports scene is collectively freaking out over Steve Smith's two-game suspension.

-- I'm leaving to visit home for a week, so posts here will be sporadic, if I do post. However, I'll continue contributing to First Cuts, so check it out. My first three posts feature a teal jacket, a Blue Jays theme song, and a Joe Namath poster.

-- I hate and fear flying as much as anyone else I know, yet there's no better way to get to San Francisco from Charlotte. Any suggestions?
